Happy Owlidays

Hello there!  Quickly dropping in to share a really easy CAS Christmas card.

Started by stamping the owl and wreath with Copic friendly black ink on X-press It cardstock.  Coloured with Copics then die cut out with the matching dies.  Die cut the birch trees from a scrap of Bristol paper.

Heat embossed the sentiment from the same set with white embossing powder on a black strip.  Assembled the pieces onto an A2 size Smoky Slate panel from my stash.  Added clear shimmer to the bow and hat to finish (wasn't able to capture it in the photos).

Easy-peasy, right?  Thank you for stopping by.  Enjoy your day!

  3. Great layout with the owl high in the tree with his lovely wreath. The grey background gives ideal contrast to the birch trees.
