Sparkly Plaid Christmas

Hello there.  I am celebrating Christmas in July early with a Christmas card today.  At the ESCR retreat in May, Loll brought some sparkly embossing pastes to play with.  I ended up with a sparkly silver plaid background panel which I thought would be perfect for the Christmas Kickstart Glitter, Sparkle and Shine challenge


as well as Newton's Nook Inky Paws 100th Copy Cat challenge using previous challenge #34 Add Some Sparkle.


Here's the card.


With my background piece already done, the image was stamped on a scrap of X-press It cardstock, coloured in with Copics then fussy cut out (don't have the matching die).


Popped the image up with fun foam, then red heat embossed the sentiment to finish.  


It's super sparkly IRL.  Thank you for visiting.

    Such wonderful design, Trina!! Love so much the contrast by the black&white sparkling plaid and the coloured Santa-Newton with the mice helpers!!! :D How fun! Great colouring!!!

    Your card is adorable. That background is very impressive but the sweet image caught my eye right away!
