For this one, I took a light blue cardstock panel from my stash and die cut the dove in the upper right corner. Next, a Wave of Snowflakes stencil was inked with VersaMark then those inked snowflakes were heat embossed with white embossing powder.
Faded Jeans, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot distress inks were then blended on with blending brushes. It probably would have been quicker to use mini blending tools. Made sure to leave the areas around the images un-inked to get that glow effect.
