Started by die cutting the Postage Stamp panel from X-press It cardstock. Stamped the sweet lion with Copic friendly black ink in the bottom right corner then coloured in with Copics.
Masked him and the ground, then sponged on pink (retired) ink. Masked the pink inked area and sponged on gray ink for the ground. Black heat embossed the sentiment with clear glitter embossing powder. Mounted the panel onto a white card base with fun foam. Added clear shimmer and white gel pen highlights to the heart to finish.
