Hello there. I’m back today to share a couple more Halloween cards featuring products from Whimsy Stamps (WS) September 10th released. WS offers toner panels that can be foiled with Deco Art foils and a laminator. I used the new A2 Toner Terror 1 panels in today’s cards. Here’s the first card.
I used this particular panel and foiled it with black foil which gives the black areas shine.
Wilted Violet and Squeezed Lemonade distress inks (DI) were then ink blended on with blender brushes. Splattered with water and blot with a paper towel to give it subtle texture.
The witch silhouette is the new Witch Whispers die. She was die cut from white cardstock and black glitter paper and offset for a highlight instead of a drop shadow. Die cut the Bold ABC letters from white cardstock and brushed with Wilted Violet DI to finish.
My second card features this candy corn panel.
It was foiled with Summer Rainbow Deco foil then die cut out with a Comic Speech Bubbles die.to serve as the thought bubble for this card.
Stamped the alligator from Instagator with Menento Tuxedo Black ink, coloured with Copic Sketch markers, and die cut out with the matching die.
Ombré coloured the Bold ABC letters with Black Soot DI then adhered to a white strip. Assembled the card onto a black cardstock panel. Wrote in “I want” with a black pen to finish.

ReplyDeleteTwo fantastic Halloween cards, Trina! The drop-shadow effect of the glittery witch is wonderful. You're so good at creating a scene (an alligator wanting candy in this case) using different sets of dies and stamps! Cute and fun!
