Hello again. I’m back today to share another fun masculine birthday card from Whimsy Stamps (WS) last release. This time I’m featuring the new Juicy dies on this mini slimline (SL) card (3.25”x6.25”).
I went simple and used these dies for chocolate icing. They were die cut from chocolate colour cardstock and the edges inked with black Soot distress ink. The gargoyle from Gargoyle Birthday was in my stash after making this card.
The cake is a piece of white cardstock trimmed slightly narrower than the icing and approximately 3.25” long. The light blue panel was trimmed 1/16” smaller than mini SL size and the sentiment from Simple Sentiment Strips was stamped in black on it. Assembled the card onto a white mini SL card base then added shading beneath/around the icing with a C2 Copic Sketch marker to finish.

Oh my, this chocolate icing looks so YUMMY!! :D Such fabulous look it has! The shading and the white accents make it very dimensional, I admire so much your colouring skills! So clever of you making the cake in that way and the gargoyle looks so fun with all the candles :D
