Hello everyone. The new Stay Crafty with A Blog Named Hero challenge over on the Hero Arts (HA) blog starts today with the theme of SMOOTH… or ink blending.
*please note: affiliate links used in this post when possible at no extra cost to you… thank you*
HA products used:
▪️Trị-fold Garden Birds dies
▪️Color Layering Clouds stencils
▪️Hello There stamp & cuts
▪️Pitch Black cardstock
Ok, this did not turn out as I had planned. I wanted to create a summer sunset scene… instead it has an ominous apocalyptic vibe. 😂*LOL*
Anyway, my ink blending is over the layering cloud stencils. Used yellow, orange and red dye inks on Bristol paper. Trimmed the panel down to 4x5.25-inches
Next, die cut the garden birds from black cardstock and the “hello there” sentiment from white. Assembled the card onto a white card base to finish.
Play along for your chance to win one of two $50 gift cards to the HA online store. To qualify, use at least one HA brand product on your project. The details, linkup and more inspirations from the design team are found HERE. If you post on Instagram, please tag @ablognamedhero with hashtags #heroarts and #staycraftychallenge so we can find you. Challenge ends at 5:00 pm PT on June 30, 2024. Thank you for stopping by.
