HA products used:
▪️Tree & Stocking Tag fancy dies
▪️Winter Foliage stamp & cut
▪️Winter Mail Critters stamp
▪️Brick Wall stencil
Since it’s July, more specifically Christmas in July, I created a fireplace mantel scene Christmas card and used my favourite colouring method again to colour die cuts.
The stockings and greenery were die cut from X-Press It paper and coloured with Copic Sketch markers. To make the pine sprigs look a little more realistic, each needle was fussy cut in half. For some sparkle, clear shimmer was applied to the stocking (couldn’t capture it in the photos).
stocking - RV10/63/55
stocking trims - C00/0/1/3, 0
pine - G46/28, E27
mistletoe - YG21/23/25
The envelope was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on X-Press It paper and fussy cut out. Used Copic Sketch marker RV63 to colour the stamp. Stenciled the brick background onto a Bristol panel with gray dye ink. Heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder on black cardstock. Assembled the card onto a white card base to finish. The panel was mounted on a couple of thick cardstock pieces for dimension.
