Stay Crafty September 2024 Challenge Reminder - Anything Goes

Happy World Cardmaking Day (WCMD), everyone!  If you haven’t already, today is the perfect day to make a card for the September Stay Crafty challenge over on the Hero Arts (HA) blog where ANYTHING GOES

*affiliate links were used in this post when possible at no extra cost to you… thank yiu*

HA products used:
▪️Balloon Bunch fancy dies
▪️Yay! Birthday stamp

I needed a birthday card and since it’s Breast Cancer Awareness month, I created this super easy monochromatic pink birthday card.  p.s. there may be a lot of pink posts from me this month 💕😂LOL

The balloon bunch and single balloons were die cut from Bristol paper and ink blended with Altenew Cherry Blossoms crisp dye inks or gray dye ink, in the case of the white balloons.  The single balloon is the same size as those in the balloon bunch, so assembling the balloons onto a light pink panel was a lot easier than it looks.

The sentiment was stamped in black using Versafine Onyx Black ink.  Splattered with diluted Rubellite crisp dye ink (confetti) and added highlights with a white Posca pen to finish.

As always, there are two $50 gift cards to the HA online shop up for grabs.  Ensure at least one HA brand product was used on your project to qualify.  If sharing on Instagram, please tag @ablognamedhero and include hashtags #heroarts and #staycraftychallenge.  There’s a small window to enter as the challenge ends tomorrow on October 6, 2024 at 5:00 pm PT. Thank you for dropping by.

The balloons look like they are made of pink pearl rubber. It's really amazing how you added colors to the balloons. They look so natural. Hats off to you
