Not sure yet how the acquisition will affect this challenge, but I suspect exciting things to come. Now let’s get back to the challenge on the HA blog . This month’s theme is WE ARE FAMILY, or for a family member.
HA products used:
▪️Puzzle fancy die
▪️Nesting Hearts infinity dies
▪️Together stamp and cut
▪️Glitter Paper Basics paper
There is nothing better than when my family gets together, so that’s what inspired my card. Plus, I’ve been waiting for a reason to use that fun puzzle die.
A DIY stencil was die cut from acetate using a heart infinity die. Positioned it onto a Bristol panel then ink blended Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserves distress inks through the stencil.
Die cut the panel with the puzzle die next. Removed one of the puzzle pieces and glued the rest onto a white card base. Together was then die cut from black glitter paper. White heat embossed the sentiment on black cardstock. Adhered and assembled the card to finish.
Once again, there are two $50 gift cards to HA up for grabs. Just make sure to use at least one HA brand product to qualify. To see more inspirations and link up your entry, click HERE. Just love your purple heart within the puzzle, Trina - great design & thanks for the inspiration at Hero Arts!!
Wow, I love this card so much. This is a clever design and so well thought out and made. The sentiment is perfect for a family card. What a wonderful new adventure with two great companies.
What a great die and made extra special by taking a piece out to lay on the heart!
I love jigsaw puzzles and just ordered a few yesterday to take my mind off things, so I think this is a genius use of that super jigsaw die! Not to mention romantic! Thank you for inspiring everyone to use their NBUS and for playing in IDEAS die week!! Hugs, Darnell
