I thought this bear image in the new super adorable Sheltering Love stamp set would make a cute “Y” substitute. He was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on alcohol marker friendly cardstock, coloured with Copic Sketch markers then die cut out with the matching die. The ABC Bold letters were also die cut from alcohol marker friendly cardstock and ombré coloured with the same blue Copic Sketch markers (B000, B00, B12, FB02) used to colour the bear.
Birthday was die cut from black cardstock. Cut off the “i” and die cut the “r” two more times to create punny “brrrthday”. The background was from my stash. Tumbled Glass distress ink was ink blended over the hill edge of the It’s Snowing stencil. “Bear-lated” from Bearing Gifts was white heat embossed on black cardstock and trimmed down. Assembled the card onto a split black/white card base to finish.
