Spellbinders - More Classic Christmas Bird Poinsettia

Hello everyone.  I’m back today with my second Christmas card of the year!  I’m using the Spellbinders (SB) Christmas Bird Poinsettia dies and Christmas Die and Glimmer Sentiment Hot Foil Plates and Die set from the Classic Christmas Collection again.  This time I couldn’t wait to use the candy cane die.  It’s so well designed because it doesn’t have an outline top layer like other dies I’ve seen and/or own.  Definitely my favourite candy cane die! .

All images were die cut from alcohol marker friendly cardstock and coloured with Copic Sketch markers.

Copic markers used:
pinks - RV52/63/55
greens - YG03, G05/09/28

The sentiment was die cut from gold foil paper.  Adhered it to its white shadow that was partially die cut then fussy cut to smooth out the partial die cut edge.  The background is white woodgrain paper embossed with the Dimensional Diamonds 3D embossing folder.  Assembled the card to finish,

And here are the two simple cards using these sets.  First card was posted HERE

Love how versatile this set is with its many iconic Christmas images.  SB products used for my card are linked below.  Thank you for stopping by.
