My card features the Classic Mouse Christmas Embellishments add-on etched dies from the Say Cheese Classic Mouse Christmas collection by Simple Stories. Mickey and Minnie bases were in my stash from these cards. After dressing them in their festive attire, C00/1/3 Copic Sketch markers were then used to add texture to the trims and pom-poms of their hats.
For the background, the Peppermint Twist press plate from the Merry Mischief collection was inked with Lumberjack Plaid distress ink and pressed onto mixed media paper using the BetterPress Letterpress system. It was too bright and competed with Mickey and Minnie, so a vellum overlay was used to soften it. The sentiment was also in my stash after making this card. Assembled the card onto a white card base to finish.

Adorable! This Mickey and Minnie set is so cute. I love the holiday die cut details and the peppermint swirl background.
