The pandas were stamped with Copic friendly black ink on Copic friendly cardstock and coloured with Copics. There are no matching dies, so they were fussy cut out. Next a balloon was die cut from white and Black Soot distress ink was blended on with a mini blending tool.
To create the background, a strip down the left side of an A2 Bristol panel was masked. Using blending brushes, blended Wilted Violet, Picked Raspberry and Mustard Seed distress inks over a cloud stencil. Spritz it with a Sparkle spray for some shimmer before removing the masks.
Stamped the sentiment in black (butt is from the same set). A black marker was then used to draw in the balloon string/bow and the three dots after seriously. Adhered the panel onto a white top folding card base and stamped the birthday message on the inside to finish.
