Magic Wheel

Hello again.  I’m back today to share my final project (no otters this time ๐Ÿ˜‰) from the Whimsy Stamps (WS) July 10 release.  I used the new Magic Wheel dies with the Magic Wheel Flowers stamp set to create a fun interactive birthday card for my crafty friend, Bonnie, whose birthday is today!  I’m not sure if she has received it yet, but here it is in action.

There’s an instructional video on how to assemble this type of card HERE.  I admit I didn’t watch it before I made my card so my card may not be completed correctly ๐Ÿ˜†*lol*, but my stamping was done correctly. ๐Ÿ˜‚*lol*  So after die cutting the top lavender circle, the flower image was heat embossed on it with white embossing powder.

The larger white circle was die cut from alcohol marker friendly cardstock.  Stamped the sentiment and flowers on it with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured with Copic Sketch markers.

Finally, white heat embossed the sentiment from You’re Birthday stamp set on a black cardstock panel before mounting the magic wheel with foam tape and assembling the card to finish.

Wishing you a fabulous day, Bonnie.  Thank you for stopping by.  Have a wonderful weekend!

I received it on the day, Trina, and I am delighted! I took time to play with it before displaying it with the other cards on the mantle. Thank you so much for this special card, my friend!
