Hello there. I’m popping back quickly today to share another card featuring the same adorable Santa’s Magic stamp set from Whimsy Stamps (WS). This time Santa is having fun with Rudolph and taking selfies to commemorate their day together. He may deny it, but we know Rudolph is his favourite. 😂
All images were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on alcohol marker friendly cardstock and coloured with Copic Sketch markers. The frames were die cut from white glossy paper using the Selfie dies to give it a more authentic Polaroid look. Hard to tell in the photos, but it’s glossy. 😉
Trimmed the images to fit behind the frames then used a blender brush to add Salvaged Patina distress ink to the background. The top two selfie images are actually from one image… I just masked and stamped them apart to get two. Stamped the sentiment on the large frame then assembled the card onto a white card base from my stash that had white woodgrain paper already adhered to it to finish.

How cute and fun selfies!! :D Rudolph is also MY favorite, I would have a selfie with him too LOL :D It's so clever using glossy paper for the frames and also use masking to split the original stamp in two different images! Another winning card!

This is such an adorable Christmas card, Trina! Your coloring is just as beautiful as ever! Using the white glossy paper to give the frames a Polaroid look is a great idea. Separating the images for the two frames is clever too.
