On alcohol marker friendly cardstock (AMFC), stamped the dog from previously released Doggie Flight with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Masked him then stamped the pancakes/syrup image from the new Best Friends stamp. Coloured them with Copic Sketch markers, then fussy cut it out as one new image.
Copic markers used:
Dog - C00, C0, C1, C3, C5, 100, R24
Pancakes - E30, E31, E35, Y11 (butter)
Syrup - YR21, YR24, YR27, E09, E27
Slurp! was die cut from AMFC and coloured with R35, R37and R39 Copic Sketch markers. The wall is cream woodgrain paper scored at 1” intervals then swiped direct-to-paper with Antique Linen distress ink cube. The floor is a strip of AMFC. Assembled the card onto a white card base. Added highlights to the sentiment with a white gel pen and shaded beneath the images with T1, T3 and T5 Copic Sketch markers to finish.

Thanks for the giggle, this is cute!
This card is so cute Trina, it makes me think of one of my dogs who's a real food hound. Love the card ♥
Adorable card with the doggy tasting the pancakes, Trina!!
Oh my, this card is so FUN and striking! :D And cute too!!! Love so much not only how you mixed your stamps to create the scene, but also how you made the sentiment really special by colouring it with the markers, the shadows and the highlight with the white gel pen really give a boost to it!!
I have to try this technique. Thanks for all your inspirations Trina, your talent always shines!
Hugs
It's so inspiring to see that you use two different stamp sets to create this fun scene, Trina! Your coloring is beautiful, and the big sentiment die-cut is perfect for the scene.
