The red panda image was stamped, coloured and fussy cut out at the same time as this card posted yesterday. The seaweed from Big Love Manatee was also previously stamped, coloured and die cut out during this card. I just fussy cut it apart to get two bunches.
The Ripples frame was die cut twice from thick white paper and stacked for dimension. For the background, Tumbled Glass, Mermaid Lagoon and Blueprint Sketches distress oxide inks were ink blended with blender brushes on a Bristol panel. Placed the Sun Rays stencil on top next, and lifted the inks through the stencil using a damp paper towel. Removed the stencil and spritz with water and blot with a paper towel to give it “water bubbles”. Stamped the sentiment in black, then assembling the card onto a white card base to finish.
