Boo Y’all! 😜 I’m popping in today to share a fun Halloween scene card featuring the new Pumpkin and Mini Jacks die set and the Home Sweet Haunted Home stamp set from Whimsy Stamps (WS) September 1st mini release. Who cares about Batman when you have these mini batjacks! *lol*😂
The mini jacks and bats from the Batty die set were die cut from black cardstock. Backed the mini jacks with yellow cardstock then glued them onto the bats. The house image was then stamped in black onto an A2 size Bristol panel. The image is smaller than the width of the panel, so masked the sky on the left side and blended black ink below to stretch the ground.
Next, stamped the image again onto masking paper and fussy cut out the moon mask. Masked the moon then ink blended Wild Honey and Spiced Marmalade distress inks over the It’s Cloudy stencil to form the sky background. Splattered with water and diluted black gouache paint for some texture. Once dry, stamped the sentiment directly onto the panel then assembled the card onto a white card base to finish.
