Hello everyone. Can you believe it’s November 1st already? The Hallmark channel countdown to Christmas starts today just in time to get me going in full swing on my Christmas cards! I have a punny card to share featuring the new Moose’t Wonderful stamp set with the new Three Trees Border die from Whimsy Stamps (WS) mini release launched today.
Started by stamping the moose with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on alcohol marker friendly cardstock. Stamped it again this time with Memento London Fog ink on a piece of acetate. Flipped it over, aligning it up with the first image for the reflection then pressed down onto the paper to transfer the ink. Coloured the scene with Copic Sketch markers.
Copic markers used:
moose - E70/74/77/79
antlers/hoofs - E40/41/42
scarf/hat - BG00/01/05
ice - B0000/000/00 + white gel pen
shading - C00/1/3
reflection - used the light markers listed above with 0 marker if needed
Die cut the panel with the Three Trees Border die. Had a scrap of the Blurry Flurries paper left over from this shaker card, so added it behind the trees. White heat embossed the sentiment on black cardstock to finish.
