Dino Mighties

Hello everyone.  I’m popping in to share a few card inspirations featuring the new Dino Mighties stamp set from Whimsy Stamps (WS) February 15th release.

All images were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on X-Press It cardstock and coloured with Copic Sketch markers.

Card 1
My first card is a fun CAS (clean and simple) card.

Copic markers used:
pinks - RV10/63/55/66
aquas - G000, BG11/34
ground - T0/1/3/5

The dino was masked and generation stamping and shifting the panel to the right was then done to create the movement marks.  It stamped darker than I would like, so next time I stick to using a gray ink with this step.  Stamped the sentiment in black and mounted the panel onto a white card base to finish.

Card 2
My second card also features the new Fun with Words 2 die set from the release.  The letters were die cut from X-Press It cardstock as well and ombré coloured them with the same Copic Sketch markers (listed below) used to colour the dino.

Copic markers used:
dino - BV000/11/13/04
hammock - Y11/15/17/38
grass-  YG01/03/25/63
trees - G43/46/85, E30/31/23/27
sky - B0000/000

This would have been another CAS card, but a boo-boo forced me to fussy cut thè image out.  Heat embossed the sentiment onto black cardstock with white embossing powder.  Assembled the card onto a white Wonky Stitched Rectangle, then adhered to a split black/white card base to finish.

Card 3
No boo-boo mishap for my final card, so it is another CAS card similar,ả to the first card.

Copic markers used:
aquas - G000, BG11/34/49
pink - RV55
reds - R24/27/46
browns - E11/13/E23/47/49
ground - T0/1/3/5

Die cut Yum Yum from Bristol paper scraps four times and mounted two together for dimension.  Assembled the card onto an A2 size Bristol panel and mounted onto a white card base to finish.

Fun and cool cards are at home with you, Trina! :D Surely these will put a smile on someone face! Adorable and cute, and the movement marks you create on the first one are so clever, you are a genius! :) The ombré and the dimensional sentiments on the second and third are perfect details!
