Panda Get Well

Hello there.  I have a few cards to share today all featuring the new Panda Get Well stamp and its coordinating NoFuss Masks (NFM) from Whimsy Stamps (WS] latest release.  My first card is currently part of an Instagram (IG) hop that is open until June 29, 2024.

The panda images for all cards were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on an X-Press It paper panel then coloured with Copic Sketch markers before being masked with their NFM.  On this card, three gradient colours of green dye inks were ink blended to create a spotlight effect.

The bamboo from Panda Butt stamp set was randomly stamped with the medium colour green dye ink to create the background.  Used Copic Sketch marker YG67 to flick on some wild grass.  The new Get Well Soon sentiment was die cut from white and mounted onto its black shadow piece.  Assembled onto a white card base to finish.

My second card is a QACAS (quick and clean and simple) card.

Masked below the image then ink blended Salvaged Patina distress ink (DI) over the edge of the It’s Cloudy stencil.

Splattered with Uncharted Mariner DI and white gouache paint for texture.  Stamped the sentiment in black to finish.

My final card was inspired by June being pride month.  I always love any reason to create a rainbow colour card. 🤗

Spun Sugar, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, Tumbled Glass and Wilted Violet DIs were used for the rainbow rays above.  Added dots and crosses with a white gel pen for a sparkle effect.

Stamped the sentiment in black.  For some interest, did the eclipse technique with the largest speech bubble from the new Comic Speech Bubbles 2 set and assembled onto a white card base to finish.

You can check out the June release HERE.  WS products used for my cards are linked below.  Thank you for stopping by.

The pandas on the first cards look like they really need some TLC, Trina! They are adorable and I just want to hug them! The last card looks like they've recovered and are much happier!

Not one, but three fabulous cards with those cute pandas !! Your skills with colouring shine on everyone! Love the dramatic effect of the spotlight in the first one! The cloudy sky of the CAS looks amazing and so sweet, and the eclipse technique on the last one you realized with the speech bubble is so creative!! Can't choose a favourite!
Hugs!
