The two lightest colours in the Glacier Caves and Frosted Foliage ink collections from Altenew were ink blended over the streamers stencil layers on an A2 size Bristol panel. For confetti, added blue splatters.
For the sentiment, a scrap of Bristol paper was embossed with the EF. Next, dragged the darker blue mini ink pad (direct-to-paper) over the raised areas to colour it. Fussy cut it out then mounted it onto the streamers panel with foam tape for a bit of dimension to finish.
