CAS Christmas September Reminder - Wreath

Hello there!  This is the reminder post for CAS Christmas Wreath challenge this month.  There is one more week left to get your entries linked.  I used a wreath die last time, so I used a stamp this time to create this.

Started by die cutting a white stitched rectangle from Neenah cardstock.  Used Memento black ink  to stamp the images and my MISTI to figure out their positioning.   Stamped then mask the wreath first, followed by the hat then the mouse.  Masked off the 'O' in JOY and stamped the J and Y to complete the sentiment.

Removed all masks and coloured with Copics. White heat embossed the other part of the sentiment on a black strip.  Popped the panel onto a white card base with white fun foam for dimension.  Added a few snowflake sequins (retired) and clear shimmer to the pink bow/hat to finish.

Birgit of Rapport fran ett skriybord is our guest this month.  You can see the fabulous creations she and my team have created on the main blog post HERE.  Hope you will join us.  Thank you for dropping by.  Have a wonderful week!

Sweet!! LOVE this adorable image that you've created with masking, Trina. Having the wreath for the "O" is awesome, and the mouse sitting on top. He looks very happy perched there! :) Gorgeous colours with your copics. Lime green and pink ... gotta love that! Phamtastic design! Just had to say :) xx

Love that you've used the 'pink-y' red colors for this sweet little mouse. It is unexpected (I would have gone for the regular reds, and I like this color MUCH better -) and looks great with the green shades. Love how you've done the wreath as the O and added the other letters to complete one of the sentiments. Adding the scant black embossed strip added another fun element, as did the tiny little snowflakes floating down the card. It's adorable. TFS
