CAS Christmas May Reminder - Stocking

Hello there.  This is the reminder post for this month's Stocking challenge over at CAS Christmas.

https://caschristmascardchallenge.blogspot.com/2019/05/cas-christmas-may-reminder.html

And here's my card.

This was an easy one with some stamping and light colouring.  Started by trimming an A2 size panel from X-press It cardstock.  Stamped with Copic friendly black ink the mug first followed by the stocking.  Coloured in with Copics, including the "table" surface.

The sentiment was stamped with Versafine black ink then heat embossed with clear glitter embossing powder.  For a bit of interest, a gray stitched scallop frame from my stash was added.  Crystal Glaze applied to the mug finished off the card.

Once again we are joined by Helen of Helen's Craft Haven as our guest.  The challenge ends in a week on May 24.  For more inspirations, check out the fabulous cards from my team HERE.  Thank you for stopping by.

Your shiny mug is so pretty with the bright blue stocking, Trina! I love how the coloring on the table adds wonderful dimension! I need to rub your arm to try to see if some of that talent will rub off on me! It's so much fun spending time with you.

LOve the gloss of your mug, Trina! It really looks like an enamel coated porcelain mug. The subtle shading is wonderful and the little blue (of course it's your color) stocking is so pretty!

I love the shiny surface of the mug and those yummy marshmallows. The bright blue stocking is so cute and a gorgeous glittery sentiment is great. Grounding it with the table looks like it was part of the stamp. Great job.
