Stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a scrap of alcohol marker friendly cardstock. Coloured her skin and hair with Copic Sketch markers and paper pieced her shirt with the slimline Taffy paper. Added shading to it with C0/2/4 Copic Sketch markers.

The Weird-O Frame was then die cut from black cardstock. Stamped the Cosmic Swirl background (bg) onto the inner part of the frame with white pigment ink. Stamped the bg again this time in black onto a white A2 size panel. Aligned and adhered the two together, then inlaid the frame. Die cut WTF? word from black cardstock and its shadow from white. Stamped the sentiment in black on a white cardstock strip, then assembled the card onto a white card base to finish.
