Guest Designer for Christmas Craft Creations December 2023 Challenge - Christmas Decorations

Hello there.  I’m excited to be guest designing (GD) this month at Christmas Craft Creations (CCC) for their DECORATIONS challenge.

There are so many options, but I had to CASE the cute Santa belly Festive Ornaments die from Spellbinders using products I already have.  Here’s my fun card.

The Hero Arts (HA) Infinity Circle die was used to die cut the ornaments from red glitter paper.  The attachment loop was die cut from gold foil paper using HA Infinity Nesting Ornaments.  The string and belt were created with my paper trimmer and gold foil paper and/or black cardstock.  The belt is 1/4” wide black strip; the buckle is 1/4” black square mounted on top of a 1/2” gold foil square.  If you have square dies, it would make it even simpler.

The letters “H” were die cut from gold glitter paper and black cardstock using the Bold ABC dies from Whimsy Stamps.  The HA Winter Foliage was used to die cut the pine branches from Bristol paper. Assembled the die cut pieces onto a white woodgrain panel, then black heat embossed the sentiment (from the same set) with clear glitter embossing powder directly onto the panel to finish.

I would like to thank Charlotte and the CCC team for having me GD this month.  For inspirations from them and/or to link up your entry for the challenge, click HERE.  Thank you for stopping by.

Your card is so fun and festive with those glittery ornaments and the Ho, Ho, Ho. So much texture with the background and the tree branch. Congrats on GD.
Also, I got your adorable little elf and candy cane card, colored so beautifully. Thank you so much. Love this time of year receiving all the beautiful cards made from friends. Merry Christmas.

FUN, sparkling and so very festive!! Absolutely love this Christmas card, such great design! It's very inspiring. The "Santa's belly" baubles are just perfect for the "O" and the pine branched in white give a touch of elegance!
I'm impressed by your sentiment stamped on the embossing, it looks flat and clear.

There are so many cool symbols in this card. The baubles are Santa's bellies and at the same time they form the letters "o". Great and fun Christmas card.
